NEW BALTIMORE, MICH., May 15, 2026 – Exsolve, Inc.,  a U.S.-based innovator in critical metals recovery, has officially launched commercial production at its newly commissioned pilot facility. The plant is now producing high-purity copper, silver, and mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP) containing nickel and cobalt.

This milestone marks the successful transition from bench-scale validation to full-scale operational capacity, achieved with the original capital entrusted by private investors — and under budget. The facility’s modular systems, including a remote-operable copper extraction line and on-site ICP analysis lab, enable real-time throughput optimization and efficient recovery from complex alloy waste.
